Nice camera, decent picture and sound, still struggle with low light. The clip is not that bad of a design but could have been a bit easier to put it on. I need 2 hand to mounted it on my notebook and the mechanic is very flimsy. Set up was easy for me(XP). Cost quit a bit more than it really worth. This is an upgrade from my old logitech web cam(probably .3mp), picture is noticeably better but the old camera is fraction of the cost compare to the new one. Was this review helpful?

I'd been a big fan of Creative sound products and just assumed that same quality would be in all their products. I was wrong. The video quality of the cam is terrible along with Creative's accompanying software. You will struggle getting the drivers and appications installed with Vista, only to determine it was a waste of effort. The cam/software combo will not adjust to moderate-to-moderately low light conditions. The software cam adjustments are cumbersome and finicky. And in contrast to what's advertised in the product's features,the video is choppy and slow and ultimately very frustrating. The worst part of this cam is the rather pitiful support behind it at Creative. I've been through several hours of troubleshooting procedures with them, mostly meaningless and all to no avail. It's a stark contrast from the quality cameras and support offered by Logitech. Was this review helpful?

I am very disappointed with this camera, especially in comparison to my Logitech cams. I struggled for hours trying to find compatible drivers for Vista on Creative's website that would actually load. Once I got it working I found the picture quality very poor, dark and grainy and far inferior to my Logitech cams. Was this review helpful?
